Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (India) We offer the following shipping options within India:

- Express Shipping – 2–3 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at bionext24@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
